Audit Logs record all operations that an admin does under Setup. When there are multiple administrators, audit logs provide information on who, what, when, and where an action was performed.

Audit log entries cannot be edited/deleted.
Audit logs older than three years will be deleted automatically.
Role Required: SDAdmin
View Logs
Go to Setup > Data Administration > Audit Log. You can view the audit log entries in a linear view or threaded view.
- Linear View: Lists details of operations in organized columns.
- Threaded View: Displays details of operations and their dependent operations in groups.
Filter Logs
Filter logs based on operations, modules, and users.
- Click the Search field.
- In the pop-up, select the criteria: Action, Module, Performed by, Admin Log ID, and choose the corresponding option.
- Action: Filter logs based on Add, Edit, Delete, and Get options
- Module: Filter logs performed in a specific module
- Performed by: Filter logs performed by a specific user
- Admin Log ID: Filter logs based on the admin's log ID.
- Click
to add more filter conditions.
- Finally, click Search.
To filter logs based on time,
- Click the Date Filter on the top right to filter logs based on predefined time frames or custom ranges.
- Choose the date range from the available options: All, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month.
- Use Custom Range to customize the time frame.
Sort Logs

to sort the logs in ascending or descending order.
