Barcode/QR code History

Records the barcode/QR code generation history and un-printed codes. To view history, go to Assets > Barcode/QR code > History.

Role Required: SDAdmin or SDAssetManager; users with Add/Edit Inventory permissions.


 

Show Only Unprinted Codes

Enable the Show only unprinted codes check box to view and print the barcodes and QR codes that were saved earlier but not printed. The un-printed code entries will be listed with their summary.
  1. Click the icon beside an entry.
  2. Select the type of code and label property in the pop-up. To create a new label property, click the   icon on the Label Property field.
  3. You can preview the label in the canvas.
  4. Click Print.
You can search through un-printed codes using keywords such as barcode/QR codes values, technician name, date range, and product type in the search bar.
 

Search History

You can search through the history using keywords such as barcode/QR codes values, technician name, date range, and the product type.

Filter

The barcode/QR code history can be filtered based on the time of creation.
