Email Contract Owner/Vendor
Send email notifications to contract owner or vendor.
Role Required: SDAdmin, Users with Edit permissions
On the contract details page, go to Actions > Notify. Select Email the Owner or Email the Vendor, depending on who you want to notify.
In the Email form, fill the following details:
- Enter the owner/vendor email address in the To field. This is mandatory.
- To send an email to more than one person, enter the additional email addresses in the CC field with a comma as a separator.
- The notification subject and description are filled as per the notification template under Setup > Automation > Notification Rules > Contract. You can edit the message as needed.
- Attach the contract details as a PDF file to the email, if needed. You can also add additional attachments to the email.
- Click Send.
