Global variables are placeholders used to store abstract data common to the organization. You can invoke global variables where placeholders are invoked, such as notifications and webhooks, using the dollar sign ($).
You can configure global variables in groups of 10, and a maximum of 25 groups are allowed. The variable names must be unique within a group.
Role Required: SDAdmin
Go to Setup > Developer Space > Global Variables.
Click New Group.
Provide a name and description.
Specify a variable and add its value. Use the + icon to add up to 10 variables.
Click Save.

List View Operations
You can preview, edit, and delete global variables from the list view page.
Click
to edit or delete global variable groups.
To bulk delete, select the variable groups and click Delete.
Click a group name to expand the variable group and preview the variables configured.
