Instance Settings

Configure parameters specific to an instance in the application. Add/update the instance’s name, logo, and currency; assign an owner; and configure access permissions.

Role Required: SDAdmins

Configure Instance Settings

  1. Go to Setup > Instance Configurations > Instance Settings.
  2. Click on the top-left of the page to modify the details.
  3. Add or edit Instance Name and Description.
  4. Click Change on the logo to upload an image.
  5. TIME ZONE - Select the time zone in which this instance will operate. The specified time zone is essential to calculate the operational hours of the site.
  6. OWNER - Assign an owner to the instance.
  7. ACCESS PERMISSIONS - Choose who can access the instance. You can limit access to individuals with permission to the instance or allow all members of the organization to access the instance.
  8. CURRENCY - Add/update the currency of the instance.
  9. START DAY OF THE WEEK - Specify the first day of the week for the instance.
  10. Click Save.
