Introduction to Purchases

The Purchases module lets you streamline the procurement of assets, components, software, service, etc. It is closely linked with inventory management.

In AssetExplorer Cloud, you can set up vendor information, the products provided by vendors, and their cost details. This data helps in selecting the appropriate vendor when creating a purchase order (PO).

The purchase process commences with a purchase order and concludes when the requested item or component has been purchased and delivered to the requester.
