User Profile
Update Profile Picture
Click the profile icon and hover over the profile picture to update it. The picture can be in JPG, PNG, JPEG, and BMP formats. Note that the file size should not exceed 5MB.
Personalize
Customize your display language, time, and date formats. Click the profile icon and select Personalize.
- Select Language: Select a default display language for the application from the drop-down. You can also select the locale where the language is commonly used from the country dropdown. For languages like Arabic and Hebrew, the Right to Left UI orientation will be applied. This helps in catering to the language requirements of these languages in the application's UI and Rich Field editors.
- Both Right to Left and Left to Right language orientation can be accommodated in a single description box.
- Set Date/Time Format: Select the format in which you would prefer to view date and time. This format will be applied wherever date/time is considered in the application.
- Select Time Zone: Select the time zone according to which your organization operates.
- Email Signature: Personalized your email signature that will be sent while replying to the mails. You can customize the email signature to contain text formatting, images, tables, hyperlinks, quotes, or emoticons by setting the text area to Rich Text Mode. To discard all formatting and images, switch to Plain Text Mode.
Customize Theme
You can modify the application's default color, font, and navigation menu by clicking Profile.
- Display Mode: Choose between Light or Dark for the display of the application. Dark mode is particularly suited for low-light environments.
- Navigation menu: Change the position of the Navigation menu. Choose between Topbar, Sidebar, and Sidebar Lite.
- Navigation background: Choose between Charcoal black and Polar white to change the navigation background color.
- Preferred font: Select your preferred font from the drop-down.
- Preferred color: Select the secondary color to highlight the application. You can choose from Blue, Teal, Purple, and Maroon.
View License Information and Consumption
This section displays your current plan, your next renewal details, your plan details, and an option to manage or upgrade your plan.
Global Search
The global search feature makes it easy to find information within AssetExplorer Cloud. You can narrow down your search results by using the module filter. You can also search through users and system logs.
To perform global search,
- Click
on the header.
- Select the module to search from.
- Type the search term.
- Press Enter on the keyboard.
