Microsoft Office 365 Calendar

Sync technicians' leave information in AssetExplorer Cloud and Office 365 Calendar.
After you enable the integration, users shall record their leave in just one of the application calendars, and the leave will be automatically synced and displayed in both application calendars. The integration allows you to copy AssetExplorer reminders to your Office 365 Calendar.

 

Enable Integration  

  1. Go to Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Integrations > Third Party Integrations.
  1. Enable Office 365 Calendar.
  2. In the configuration window, configure the following options as required:
  3. Bidirectional sync of leave details between Office 365 and AssetExplorer Cloud calendars. Also choose a leave type in AssetExplorer Cloud to designate it as the out-of-office leave type in Office 365 Calendar.
  4. Send reminder details from AssetExplorer Cloud to Office 365 Calendar.
  5. Click Save.

 

Once you enable the integration, previously recorded leave and reminders for the current year (maximum 1000 events) will be synced and copied respectively.
