Report Settings

Customize the column size and modify the date and time format of reports.

​Role Required: SDAdmin, SDReport, Technicians with View permission to reports
  1. Go to the Reports module and click the Reports Settings tab.
  2. To customize Tabular Column Size, specify the size of the small text, large text, date, time, and number.
  3. Under the General Settings section, you can:
    1. Disable links in the report when they are generated.
    2. Choose to view only one group per page
    3. Replace the empty value with an input of your choice.
  4. To customize Matrix Column Size, specify the size of the cell width and cell height.
  5. Change the date and time format to be displayed in the report under the Date Format section.
  6. You can also choose to customize the Font Size and insert the Title On Every Page if required.
  7. Click Update after you have configured the settings.
